HISTORY

Kasturi College was formed in the year 1989 for the purpose of delivering higher education in the areas of Accounting, Finance and Business. In the early years as an educational institution, Kasturi College focus was on the delivery of Professional qualification through ACCA, CIM, AEB, CAT (UK professional bodies) and Chartered Financial Planner from the USA. Its Malaysian partners in the delivery of professional qualification include Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM). It continues to grow in the delivery of professional qualification and plays a major role for Members and the business community by providing access to quality management information, resources, practical education and business networking.

WHO WE ARE TODAY

Today, Kasturi College have expanded its expertise by creating and delivering home-grown products, such as the Kasturi Diploma in Business Studies, Kasturi Diploma in Business Information, Kasturi Diploma in Computer Technology, Kasturi Diploma in Accounting, Kasturi Degree Foundation, Kasturi Certificate in Business Studies and Kasturi Certificate in English Language Proficiency & Communication.

Partnership with University Utara Malaysia, (UUM) Kedah, University of Information Technology and Management, (UITM) Poland and University of Wales, (UOW) United Kingdom and other professional partners that include Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK Australian Logistics Academy, (ALA) Australia strengthens its achievement in the delivery of education by providing a full spectrum of academic programs ranging from pre-university, undergraduate degree right up to the delivery of postgraduate studies.

Apart from its Academic and Professional programs, Kasturi College English Language School has grown to provide General English Course, Exam Preparation Courses, Special Requirement Programs and Business and Communication English. The English Language School also provides tailor made programs to suit various groups of students and working adults with special requirements.

The English Language faculty consists mostly of native speaking teachers, which in turn provides students with a wider exposure to the usage, pronunciation and skills required in the usage of English Language.

Kasturi College International is a household name as a provider of quality education and will continue to carry out its objectives in churning out graduates that are skilled and respected in the workforce of tomorrow.

Kasturi College started in 1989 and has since grown from strength to strength to become the leading provider of Education in the field of Finance, Accountancy, Investment and Management. Over the years we have also added Information Technology and English Language for international students into our portfolio of programs.

Our programs range from Certificate and Diploma levels to Graduate, Postgraduate and Professional studies through our affiliation with Universities from the U.K and Eastern Europe, and Professional Bodies from the U.K, USA and Malaysia, while our “home-grown” Malaysian Diploma and Certificates are bench-marked to meet International Standards.
